The monthly minimum bill is the base rate, it DOES NOT include any water usage. The water usage is added on top of the base rate to give you your bill amount. The water usage rate is $8.75 per 1,000 gallons up to 30,000 gallons. Any usage over the 30,000 gallons is $9.50 per 1,000 gallons. The state also adds a fee of 0.005% on to the bills. So if you have the standard 5/8 meter and you use 8,600 gallons your bill would be as follows:
base rate $31.85
usage 8.6* 8.75= $75.25
subtotal $107.10
state fee 107.10* 0.005= $ 0.54
Total bill= $107.64

The Water Bills are due on the 20th of every month. That Due date does not change. If you do not receive a bill you are still responsible. We will make a post every month when we mail the bills. We do not work for the Post Office once we take the bills to the Post Office their delivery is out of our hands. We recomend that if you do not have your bill by the 7th of each month to contact the office for the amount and / or a reprinted statement. There will not be any adjustments removing late fees.

We had and issue come up that we have had similar issues but not specific issues come up. To further protect our system and our employees. From here on out if an address changes or a request for service termination from a member will have to be done by all parties thar are on an account and the request will from now on will require a notary signatures of all parties.
